Being a one man band I am able to oversee the entire process, from ideas through to finished product, meaning I am in control of quality at every stage. If I'm not happy, it won't move on to the next stage!!
Because I create my own artwork and expose my own screens, I can ensure the clarity of the designs is as sharp as possible, which really shows in the print.
After trying a few brands, I now use Fruit of the Loom as I like the quality, especially after multiple washes.
Using water based inks gives the final print a nice finish, without it feeling like it's sitting on top of the fabric. Once heat set these inks can withstand being washed many times.
I print on t shirts, hoodies and bags, but screen printing is a great way to print on various surfaces.
